Dinner last night was fabulous. The mushroom pate was a huge hit. I had no idea pate could be so yummy. The duck was cooked to perfection and everyone ate every morsel. The cake - to die for!!!

Just wanted to thank you for making our staff mixer a success.  It is the only time our staff as a whole has the opportunity of meeting with our Board of Directors.  Everyone seems to enjoy it and part of that – a big part – is the food, having such nice servers, and the casual atmosphere.

Thank you for all your considerations.  Everyone loved the Chicken Pasta & the Skirt Steak (everyone asked about the green sauce).  And they loved the onions--there was nothing left!  The cake was delicious also. Now that we are using  your company for catering, more clients are booking their appointments or just dropping by around noon!

The party was spectacular and both Ray and I thought it was our best yet. We actually enjoyed the party, and could focus on our guests. The food was great and the servers were just right.

Just a quick note to tell you that your food at my party was a smashing success. Every person I spoke to said "The FOOD was GREAT!" and then they go on to describe their personal favorites. The shrimp & orzo was a hit as was the lamb and chicken & leek pie.

The sweet tooths could be identified by the traces of powdered sugar on their shirts.

Your staff was fantastic too. They were so accommodating and great to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

I attended a wedding on Saturday at the Terrace Room at the State Garden Club and you were the caterer. I wanted you to know how wonderful everything was! As the former Catering Manager for UGA Food Services, I have done and seen a lot of catering in the Athens area, I have to honestly say that the wedding reception I attended was perhaps one of the most simple, yet tasteful and impressive catered events I have attended in this area in a long time. Food and presentation was wonderful as well as the service. It was certainly a refreshing change.

I definitely think that you should be marketing your business in the Athens area and if I can do anything to spread the word, please let me know.
